An on-going event, research, performance.

from here to is a multi-city interventionist art project  that collects hand-drawn directions from helpful passers-by in order to  generate a visual script of space and memory. The subtle encounter,  framed by the act of asking for directions, is a contemporary  re-interpretation of conceptual artist Stanley Brouwn’s  urban-interventionist artwork This Way Brouwn (1961). from here to has  taken place in Brighton, UK for the International Visual Methodologies  Conference (2015), St. Louis, MO for The Luminary Residency Program  (2015), and in Toronto, ON for The Art of the Danforth Festival (2014). I  presented as a drawing for YTB Gallery’s Future 33 Show (Toronto,  2016).

It is also part of my PhD research.
